Keep your tools. Seatcue does the part they don't.

Most teams already have a registration tool, a CRM and an AI chat tab. None of them plans the event with you.

Registration and event platforms

They sell tickets, run sign-ups and check guests in.

Seatcue plans and prepares everything around that: brief, campaign, event page, sales prep and report. Link your registration page and keep using it.

Event data tools

They show who attends which conferences and sell contact lists.

Seatcue helps you decide and show up well: fit check, session proposals, booth concepts and a sales plan for the event.

General AI chat

It writes one thing at a time and starts from zero every time.

Seatcue remembers the event, your brand and your deadlines, so every draft fits the rest of the plan.

Spreadsheets and project boards

They track the tasks you remembered to add.

Seatcue builds the task list for your type of event, with owners and dates counted back from the event day.

What Seatcue doesn't do: sell tickets, run your registration or send invitations on your behalf. If you want help with that, add Guest operations, or ask our events team to run the event for you.

Events you host, and events you sponsor.

Pick the type when you create an event. Seatcue sets up the right tools and tasks for it.

Events you host

Workshops, dinners, launches, webinars, customer days.

  • Event ideas, name and brief
  • Venues, catering, photo and video
  • Campaign, visuals and a matching event page
  • Calendar event, tasks, approvals and budget
  • Sales prep and a sponsor report

Events you sponsor

Conferences, trade shows, partner summits.

  • Fit check against your goals before you sign
  • Session and keynote proposals
  • Booth concepts and stand builders
  • Enriched sponsor and exhibitor list
  • Sales prep and a cost-per-lead report

Questions teams ask.

Something else?

What exactly does Seatcue do?

It plans and prepares your events with you. From one brief it drafts event ideas, a task plan with deadlines and budget, supplier shortlists with enquiry emails, a campaign and visuals in your brand, an event page, your sales team's prep and the results report. Your team reviews and uses them.

Does it replace Eventbrite, Luma or Cvent?

No. Keep your registration platform for tickets, sign-ups and check-in, and link it in your brief. Seatcue covers the planning and preparation those tools don't: the brief, campaign, event page copy, tasks, sales prep and reporting.

Does Seatcue send invitations or manage registrations for us?

No. Seatcue is a workspace for your internal team, so your team stays in control of outreach and registration. If you'd like help with invitations, guest lists, check-in and WhatsApp reminders, add Guest operations. If you want the event run for you, our events team offers that as a separate service.

Does Seatcue book venues and suppliers for me?

No. It finds venues and suppliers through live search, links each one on Google Maps and writes the enquiry email. The email opens as a ready draft in Gmail or Outlook, or goes straight to your drafts once your account is connected. You send it and confirm the booking.

What's different for events we sponsor or exhibit at?

You get a fit check that scores the event against your goals using its website and public sources, session proposals, booth concepts and stand builders, and an enriched list of other sponsors and exhibitors. Sales prep, the dashboard and a cost-per-lead report work for both.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

You can write one post at a time in any chat tool. Seatcue keeps the whole event in one place: it knows your brief, brand, speakers, dates and tasks, so the campaign, page, sales prep and report stay consistent, and your whole team works from the same plan.

Who is it for?

Marketing, field marketing and sales teams at B2B companies that run their own events or sponsor and exhibit at others'. Agencies use it too, with a brand kit per client.

How does it learn our brand?

Add your website and social links, upload a brandbook PDF or a few screenshots. Seatcue fills in colors, fonts, logo and voice, and you can adjust any of it. Event pages also match the design of your current website.

Can it create calendar events?

Yes. Create the event in Google Calendar or Outlook in one click, and add every task deadline to your team calendar. With your calendar connected, Seatcue creates them directly.

Where is our data stored?

Seatcue runs on Google Cloud in the EU. Your events, brand kits and lists belong to you, and you can export or delete them at any time. Company enrichment uses public company information, not personal profiles. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
